We are looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator who growers, customers, third parties, and the wider business can rely on to move shipments reliably and to communicate clearly and on time. You will coordinate transportation, resolve logistics issues on the spot, and own the accuracy of the documentation that keeps our shipments compliant, domestically and across the border.

This is a genuine ownership role, full time and based on site. Shipments are time-sensitive and the work carries real pressure, but there is also real room to grow: as you build your footing, you will take on increasing responsibility for the certification compliance work that keeps our products moving internationally.

What success looks like:

- Outbound shipments consistently meet delivery commitments, with transportation risks identified and resolved before they become delays.
- Inbound freight, courier deliveries, and supporting documentation are accurately received, tracked, and visible within our systems.
- Logistics documentation stays audit-ready at all times, supporting customer, regulatory, and accounting requirements without scrambling.
- Growers, customers, third parties,



and the wider business trust the accuracy of what you tell them and know that risks will be flagged early.
- Growing capability and readiness to take on certification compliance responsibility over time.

- You are organised without needing to be told to be, and you notice when something does not add up rather than letting it slide.
- You are comfortable being the point of contact for multiple stakeholders and external partners at once, and people trust you because you communicate clearly and follow through.
- You are firm with trucking companies, confident holding your ground with customs brokers when something is stuck, and comfortable telling a colleague, including management, when a timeline is not realistic.
- You know how to hold that ground while still working as part of a team, not instead of it.

$23 – $35 CAD per hour, depending on experience
