The Senior Manager, IT Operations is responsible for the leadership, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of the organization's technology operations. This role oversees infrastructure, cybersecurity,

service desk operations, workplace technology, and managed service providers,

ensuring technology services are secure, resilient, and aligned with business needs.

Working closely with the CIO, the Senior Manager develops and executes operational roadmaps, manages technology risk, and enables the firm's digital transformation initiatives through modern infrastructure, strong security practices, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate is an experienced technology leader with hands-on expertise in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery. They are equally comfortable leading teams, engaging vendors, and providing strategic direction while remaining capable of driving complex technical initiatives.

Responsibilities IT Operations & Service Delivery

- Lead Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk functions.
- Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and security of technology services.
- Establish and monitor service levels, operational metrics, and support processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of service delivery and end-user experience.
- Oversee incident, problem, change, and escalation management.

Infrastructure, Cloud & Technology Platforms
- Develop and execute infrastructure and cloud roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure appropriate capacity, resiliency, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities.
- Lead infrastructure modernization and technology lifecycle management initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement technologies that improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Cybersecurity & Operational Risk
- Lead operational cybersecurity programs, including vulnerability management, endpoint security, identity management, monitoring, and incident response.




- Identify and remediate infrastructure, application, and operational technology risks.
- Ensure security controls and governance practices are embedded across technology platforms and operational processes.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to continuously strengthen the organization's security posture.

AI Platform Enablement & Secure Development
- Establish technology foundations that support AI, automation, and up-to-date software development initiatives.
- Implement governance, security controls, and monitoring practices to mitigate risks associated with AI platforms, AI-assisted development, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with development, architecture, and product teams to enable secure, scalable, and compliant AI and automation solutions.
- Support the infrastructure and operational requirements of the organization's long-term data, automation, and AI strategy.

Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead, coach, and develop operational technology staff.
- Manage relationships with vendors, managed service providers, and technology partners.
- Oversee operational budgets, contracts, licensing, and technology investments.
- Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, continuous improvement, and security awareness.

Qualifications Experience

- 7+ years of progressive IT operations and technology leadership experience.
- Experience leading infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service desk functions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud services, identity and access management, endpoint management,



and cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience building and supporting infrastructure for modern application development, automation, and AI initiatives.
- Experience implementing security controls and remediating risks associated with cloud services, software development, and AI-assisted development.
- Experience managing vendors, managed services, and enterprise technology environments.

Education & Certifications
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ITIL, CISSP, Azure, Microsoft, or other relevant certifications are considered an asset.
