This role may require you to work on‑site or in the community at least once a week.How You’ll Make An ImpactAssessing, anticipating and responding to member needs to maximize the Commercial Business offerMonitoring assigned portfolio, identifying credit risk and recommending course of action as appropriateAuthorizing credit applications within limits and recommending/ submitting applications above authorized limits in accordance with credit application guidelinesProviding accurate and complete information enabling the achievement of high quality Community Business credit applicationsSourcing, maximizing and leveraging community impact opportunities and achieving increasing volumes through cross‑division collaborationMonitoring, analyzing and reviewing new and existing Community Business Member accounts including loans (annual reviews), deposits and their supporting documentation to enable Community Business to effectively mitigate Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing risksSourcing,



developing and maintaining new and existing relationships in order to achieve Community Business and Investment divisional goalsWhat You’ll Bring To The TeamUndergraduate degree or university level diploma in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration.A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing business accounts and portfoliosExperience in the financial institution or banking industry is an assetStrong skills in developing and maintaining new and existing client relationshipsExposure to mission‑aligned member relationships and social enterprise activityBoard‑level involvement or governance experienceResearch and analytical skills to evaluate trends and recommend actionsYou’ll Thrive Here If You AreAn Exceptional Communicator & Negotiator – using your communication and interpersonal skills, you provide the opportunity to learn how to provide expertise and advice, address challenges and issues, and represent across the organization.
