DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experiencedGeneral Manager IIto oversee warehouse and distribution operations at their North York, Ontario facility (M3J 2W3). This senior leadership role is responsible for the full scope of warehouse operations, strategic process development, team leadership, customer relationship management, and site Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently and accuratelyDevelop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivityLead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support while developing a strong team cultureEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; maintain a protected, clean,and efficient working environmentUtilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), automation, and other technology to track inventory, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for improvementManage vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective services and supplies in accordance with the commercial agreementPrepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and key metrics to drive continuous improvementLead customer relationships through daily contact,
