This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with systems and data, and takes pride in accuracy.Schedule:This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. The regularly scheduled hours will be from Monday to Friday.Pay Range:$20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.This role reports to the Parts & Service Manager of the dealership.About UsA division of the Jim Pattison Group, the Jim Pattison Auto Group was founded in 1961 by Jimmy Pattison, when he purchased a GM franchise. Today, the Jim Pattison Auto Group encompasses 28 locations across Western Canada, representing 16 automotive brands.In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty processes and supporting service operations through accurate and timely administration.Process and submit warranty claims in accordance with Lexus guidelines.Manage internal repair orders and sublet invoices.Maintain and reconcile daily adjustment logs for accounting.Monitor and process returns, transportation claims,
