Support community health initiatives as a Program Assistant at South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre's Hunt Club site. Provide administrative assistance and client support while promoting equity and social justice.
In this full-time, indeterminate role, you will report directly to the Community Services Coordinator. Your responsibilities include administrative support, client interactions, event planning, and data management. By playing a critical role in our community-based services, you will help ensure that diverse clients receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Community Services team • Greet clients and assist them with their needs • Prepare and maintain the Calendar of Events • Enter and collate client data for reports • Assist in planning community events and logistics
Requirements: • Post-secondary training in office management or equivalent • Exceptional communication skills, bilingualism an asset • Technical proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office • Solid organizational skills and ability to work independently • Experience with vulnerable populations preferred
