We provide nursing services in homes, schools, retirement homes and other community settings, giving providers the freedom to manage their own schedules.Pay RangeRate: $27.44 – $42.41 /hour (placement on salary range as per Collective Agreement)Estimated annual earning potential: $70,000–$120,000. Actual earnings may vary based on availability and service volumes.We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our North Nursing Clinic in the Toronto Central region, operating in partnership with Ontario Health atHome. The clinic operates daily from 8:00 a.M. to 8:00 p.M., with 12‑hour shifts and a bi‑weekly weekend rotation.Key Areas of AccountabilityAssess, monitor, and develop care plans and coordinate care.Evaluate care plan interventions through ongoing reassessment and evaluation.Ensure quality of patient care by identifying and addressing factors that affect practice autonomy and delivery of quality care.Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, judgement, and accountability in interactions with clients and families.Support safe client care through the development of knowledge and skills in continuous quality improvement.Inform the nursing supervisor of any client activities, relevant concerns, or changes in the client’s condition or care plan,
