As a candidate for this position, you will demonstrate your experience and leadership as they are recognized in the competencies expressed in the: .Successful Candidate Will DemonstrateA minimum of five years successful teaching experience, preferably at the Secondary level; An understanding of the leadership role in educational change; Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills; Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to support the use of differentiated instruction and a multi-tier system of supports; An understanding of the unique role of secondary school leadership in supporting student transitions—from elementary to secondary, through graduation, and into career-life pathways; An understanding of First Peoples Principles of Learning and proven ability to work with Indigenous students and families; An ability to engage teachers in data collection,
