The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Tech consulting who brings strong capability in leading strategic client engagements across multiple practices, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in talent technology solutions. You will oversee the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of Avature programs, ensuring solutions align with client objectives and deliver long-term value.

This role requires a combination of consulting expertise, stakeholder management, program leadership, and deep knowledge of Avature configuration and design principles

Key Accountabilities

- Lead and manage client engagements across multiple workstreams and practices, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timelines, and business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on talent acquisition technology, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end design of Avature solutions, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, workflow design, and best-practice recommendations.




- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop scalable and innovative talent technology solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to consulting teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Drive program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and change management activities.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions that support recruitment and talent management objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies, automation, and enhanced user experience within Avature platforms.
- Support business development activities, including solution presentations, client workshops, and proposal development.
- Monitor project performance and client satisfaction, ensuring measurable and sustainable outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

- Significant experience in technology consulting, talent technology, HR technology, or related advisory roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale client engagements across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Avature, including solution design, configuration, implementation, and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a focus on delivering business value.




- Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and executive stakeholders
