Our confidential client is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology & Digital Enablement to lead the evolution of technology, data, analytics, automation, AI, and digital capabilities.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on leveraging technology and data to improve operational efficiency, enable scalable growth, strengthen decision-making, and enhance employee and resident experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute technology, data, AI, and digital priorities aligned with business strategy and growth.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and deliver practical, high-value technology solutions.
- Lead digital transformation, automation, AI, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives from concept through adoption.
- Build and enhance data architecture, data warehousing, reporting, analytics, and governance capabilities.
- Develop data-driven insights that improve forecasting, planning, operational performance, and decision-making.
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, service delivery, and technology governance.
- Lead technology assessments, implementations, integrations, vendors, contracts, budgets, and investment planning.
- Establish effective technology and data standards, policies, controls, and risk-management practices.
- Lead, coach, and develop the technology team while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Advise senior leadership on technology opportunities, emerging trends, risks, and investments.

What You Bring
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in technology, data analytics, enterprise systems, digital enablement, or technology transformation.
- Post-secondary education in Technology, Data, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading technology initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in data architecture, data warehousing, BI, analytics, reporting, and data governance.
- Experience with AI, predictive analytics, automation, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, integrations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, IT service delivery, and technology governance.
- Experience with technology strategy, vendor management, budgeting, risk management, and investment planning.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
- A collaborative, pragmatic leadership style with robust communication, execution, and change-management skills.
