Role Description

This is an opportunity to formulate and lead the marketing function at LongPoint ETFs, which offers a platform of leveraged ETFs for traders and unique partnership ETFs for investors. This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager include:

- Leading the company’s marketing vision, brand strategy, and positioning in the market
- Working independently and with external designers and content producers to produce effective and creative content
- Working with executive team to align marketing strategy with corporate objectives




- Developing and managing brand messaging for consistency across all channels
- Overseeing corporate communications, media relations, and thought-leadership initiatives
- Managing the digital presence, including website, social media, and significant content marketing
- Driving demand generation and lead-generation strategies to support sales and distribution
- Overseeing product marketing, launches of new ETFs/products, positioning, and promotion
- Develop metrics-driven campaigns with transparent KPIs and ROI measurement
- Organizing and producing events; virtual and in-person
- Strengthening relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders
- Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs

- An ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, internal and external teams
