I’m personally ranked in the top 75 brokers in Canada, and I’m looking for a senior operator to own the account management function and help lead the team as we grow.

The role

- Senior Account Manager
- Deal management from application through funding
- Client and referral partner communication
- Team leadership responsibilities as we scale
- Remote or hybrid

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years underwriting experience across A, B, and private lending
- Strong client management background
- Overall management experience is a real asset
- Sharp, organized, calm under pressure

Compensation

- Variable compensation structure
- Starting at $100,000 with strong upside based on experience and production
