The incumbent oversees the planning and execution of renovation, construction,



and major maintenance projects while ensuring sound management of capital investments (CAPEX) and maintaining the quality of our facilities.This individual works closely with the general managers of our various locations to identify priorities, plan initiatives, and ensure projects are executed effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the management and maintenance of Athos’s real estate portfolio.Plan and lead facility renovation, construction, and modernization projects.Develop and monitor the real estate capital investment plan (CAPEX) to ensure the long-term sustainability and quality of assets.Coordinate the work of external professionals and consultants.Oversee tendering processes and the negotiation and management of contracts with external partners.Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.Review cost estimates and contractor
