This is an environment where strong performers are trusted, visible, and valued.Your RoleReporting directly to the VP of Leasing, the Senior Leasing Administrator will play a critical role in supporting leasing operations across a portfolio of commercial and medical office properties throughout the GTA.This is a highly involved, operations‑driven role that blends leasing coordination, lease administration, tenant communication, document management, reporting, and cross‑functional support with property management and ownership groups. You will be responsible for coordinating tenant inquiries and tours, managing lease renewal processes, preparing lease‑related documentation, maintaining leasing reports and calendars, tracking commissions and legal documentation, and ensuring overall accuracy and organization across the leasing function.Success in this role requires someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate understands commercial leasing processes, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys being part of a collaborative,
