Duties

- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with organizational objectives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, motivate,



and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and inventory, ensuring optimal utilization to meet business demands.
- Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and introducing innovative solutions that increase throughput and reduce costs.
