- Mariana Tek empowers class-based boutique fitness studios to increase sales performance and overall productivity by managing all aspects of their daily operations

- We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team focused on Mariana Tek, our platform designed for boutique fitness businesses

- You’ll create intuitive design solutions that support studios with end-to-end business management capabilities (spanning class scheduling, booking, inventory management, point-of-sale, etc) as well as deliver world class consumer experiences
- In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies that align with user needs and business goals

- This position offers opportunities for growth, allowing you to lead complex design initiatives while pushing the boundaries of product strategy and visual craft- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment

- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to break down complex problems into manageable, actionable design solutions

- Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers about technical constraints and opportunities

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX Design,



with a solid portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI solutions for complex web and mobile applications.

Experience in a Lead or Senior role is highly preferred

- Design Expertise: Mastery of design tools such as Figma (our primary tool) and Design Thinking. Proficient in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, research questions, and user surveys

- Proficiency in front-end coding (e.g., HTML, CSS) for prototyping or component development

- Research Acumen: Experience conducting and synthesizing user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to inform design decisions

- UX Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, information architecture, design systems, and interaction design patterns

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to autonomously lead design initiatives, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members

- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to diverse audiences
