As a Registered Nurse, you will report directly to the Director of Care. This role emphasizes leadership, direct supervision, and collaboration within a healthcare team. You will develop plans of care tailored to residents' needs, ensuring alignment with the Home's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee resident-focused care plans and adjust as needed • Collaborate with healthcare staff, families, and agencies • Supervise unit activities and manage PSWs and RPNs • Ensure care aligns with residents' rights and quality indicators • Conduct regular unit rounds and document care accurately

Requirements: • Current RN Certificate of Competence in Ontario • Basic CPR certification • Experience in long-term care preferred • Solid communication and teamwork skills • Ability to pass TB testing and background checks
