This role is ideal for a motivated lawyer who is looking to build and develop a family law practice within a supportive and collegial environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of family law matters, including both litigation and negotiated resolutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a range of family law files, including separation, divorce, parenting arrangements, and support matters.Handle complex property division and high net worth cases as applicable.Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.Draft pleadings, agreements, and legal correspondence.Work closely with partners and senior lawyers while maintaining increasing autonomy over files.Provide practical,
