You will assist with ingredient prep, operate kitchen equipment safely, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and collaborate with chefs and team members to ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations. In all you do, you will uphold the club’s standards and values, contributing to a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture.Purpose StatementTo ensure every service is executed with consistency, urgency, and high culinary standards.What you’ll doPrepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items with consistency and attention to quality.Assist with chopping, portioning, measuring, and organizing ingredients for efficient service.Work the line during service, ensuring timely and high-quality food preparation.Support the kitchen team in executing a menu that reflects the club’s values and meets member and guest expectations.Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen,
