This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and has experience managing a broad range of HR functions while supporting a positive and professional workplace environment.What We OfferSalary: $35.71/hour or $65,000 annuallyWeekly pay basisFull Time HoursWork Arrangement: Hybrid initially, with a planned transition to full-time in-office work once the office space is established.Equipment Provided: Laptop and phoneContract: 1-year term with potential for permanent placementWhat You’ll DoAct as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day inquiries while maintaining strict confidentialityEscalate complex or sensitive HR matters to senior HR leadership as appropriateCollaborate with management to identify hiring needs, including defining job requirements, responsibilities, and candidate qualificationsManage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, reference checks, and onboardingSupport offer development and participate in offer discussions and negotiations with candidatesPrepare and review offer letters and onboarding documentation,
