Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (7+ years) to lead enterprise LMS implementation and transformation initiatives using Learning Management Systems and project delivery governance

Join a multi-year transformational initiative focused on implementing a recent enterprise Learning Management System within a large financial institution. This role leads end-to-end project delivery across LMS implementation, data migration, testing, deployment, governance, and stakeholder coordination. The project supports enterprise technology modernization within Learning & Development and HR functions while working alongside a collaborative team environment.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 4 days a week on site

12 months

Must Haves

- 7+ years in project management across enterprise system implementations , technology upgrades , data migration , testing , and deployment
- Delivery experience within Learning & Development , Human Resources , Talent , or Workforce Enablement functions
- Vendor management , third-party implementation partners , multi-workstream delivery , and executive governance experience including Steering Committee environments
- HRIS , Talent platforms ,



and Learning Management Systems (LMS) implementation or modernization experience
- Bachelor's degree in Learning, HR, Business, Technology, or related discipline

Nice to Have

- PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent project delivery certification
- LMS implementation, upgrade, modernization, or data migration initiatives
- Workday Learning, SumTotal, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Degreed, EdCast, Sana, or similar learning platforms
- Learning analytics and reporting
- Experience supporting bilingual or multilingual implementations within regulated or compliance-driven environments

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and critical paths
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions
- Manage project scope, budget, and resource requirements
- Lead Learning Management System implementation activities including configuration, deployment, and transition
- Coordinate data migration planning and validation activities
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, executive reviews, and stakeholder sessions
- Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, RAID logs, status updates, and SteerCo materials
