About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who treats quality as an engineering problem: someone who writes real code, builds test infrastructure, and aggressively leverages AI tools to multiply their output. You won’t just maintain test suites; you’ll design the automation strategy across our products (mobile app, web portals, and APIs) and use AI-assisted workflows to find bugs before users do.

This role is for someone who has already made the leap from “QA who scripts” to “engineer who owns quality”, and who is excited about using agentic AI tooling (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) as a core part of how they work, not a novelty.

What You’ll Do

- Own and evolve the end-to-end test automation strategy across web, mobile, and API layers
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent) with CI/CD integration
- Use AI coding and testing tools daily to accelerate test creation, generate edge cases, triage failures,



and hunt for unaccounted-for bugs
- Build autonomous / agentic QA workflows, such as AI-driven test generation, self-healing tests, and automated PR verification
- Partner with developers to shift testing left: testable architecture, contract tests, meaningful unit coverage
- Define quality metrics (coverage, escape rate, flake rate) and drive them in the right direction

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

- 3+ years of experience as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer, or Software Engineer with a solid quality focus
- Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., PHP, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Dart). You write production-quality code, not just test scripts
- Hands-on experience building automation frameworks from scratch, not only extending existing ones
- Demonstrated, practical use of AI developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or agentic testing tools) to meaningfully accelerate your work. Be ready to show us how
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) and running tests reliably at scale
- Experience testing APIs (REST) including contract and integration testing
- Strong debugging skills: you can trace a failure from a flaky UI test down to a backend root cause

Nice to have:

- Mobile automation experience (Appium, Patrol, Maestro, or native testing frameworks)
- Experience in healthcare
- Performance and load testing (k6, Gatling, JMeter)
- Experience with test data management and environment provisioning (Docker, seeding strategies)
