Job DescriptionIn this community nursing role, as a Pediatric Community Nurse RN/RPN you will have scheduled shifts and visits to care for patients in schools and in the comfort of their homes. You will work with patients within pediatric ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. There will also be adult nursing.Must be willing to travel through the Scarborough geographical area.
