Client Intake Specialist

for a dynamic, growing Law Firm that's redefining the client intake process. This isn't a standard administrative role - it's about being the first impression and trusted voice that turns inquiries into retained clients. We're looking for a

natural closer

who thrives in high-volume, client-facing environments and can quickly build trust while guiding prospective clients through an emotional, often challenging journey. In this role, you will:

Engage with warm leads via phone, email, and chat, selling and scheduling consultations. Nurture prospects through timely follow-ups and conversion-focused conversations. Deliver a confident, empathetic, and solutions-driven first impression. Manage intake processes with speed, accuracy, and CRM tools. What you bring:

1+ years of proven sales success (professional services or legal industry a plus). Strong communication skills - persuasive yet compassionate.



Exceptional follow-through, organization, and self-motivation. Comfort with CRM/intake software and scheduling systems. The position is based

near Yonge-Sheppard Station , highly accessible by transit. It's 4 days in-office with 1 remote day - though our ideal candidate will prefer being on-site full time to immerse themselves in the team and client experience. You'll be joining a close-knit intake team of two, where collaboration and shared success are part of the culture. Compensation includes a

base salary of up to $72K + commission per successful paid appointment booked , a health-care spending account, and 2-3 weeks of vacation. The interview process includes meeting with the firm's lawyers, with a resume required and a personality test, before interviews are scheduled.
