The Senior Software Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing evolution of complex software solutions that support strategic business objectives. The role provides technical leadership across initiatives, translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and mentors engineering teams to improve delivery quality, security, reliability, and performance. Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support. Translate broad business requirements into practical technical solutions and implementation roadmaps. Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, automation, secure coding practices, and DevSecOps adoption. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and engineering teams. Influence architectural decisions, technology selection, and engineering standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Security, Infrastructure, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver business outcomes. Contribute to technical roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives 8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments. ~ Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering methodologies. ~ Experience working in Agile delivery environments. ~ Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams and influence without authority ~ Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline. ~8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Security Engineering, or Application Security.



~ Experience implementing enterprise-scale security tooling and DevSecOps practices ~ Experience applying cloud security practices across Azure, AWS, or GCP environments. ~ Experience securing APIs, web applications, containers, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. ~ GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps Salt Security or equivalent API security solutions Container and Cloud Security Platforms SIEM and Security Monitoring Technologies Technical Competencies: Software architecture and design patterns Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) Secure coding and application security Performance optimization and observability Database design and integration patterns Agile delivery and engineering practices Security Competencies: Application Security
