Empower Métis families as a Family Connections Program Navigator, working remotely to enhance access to cultural resources and support services. Connect children, families, and communities across British Columbia.

This full time remote role engages a Navigator in supporting Métis families, focusing on cultural connection, educational resources, and child care. You will facilitate community outreach and document needs, creating a supportive environment for children aged birth to 8 years. Building relationships among families is a core responsibility, as well as advocating for inclusive programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:



• Enroll families in the Métis Family Connections Program • Conduct outreach to assess family needs • Collaborate to organize family events and gatherings • Maintain current knowledge of MNBC programs • Provide educational guidance to families and community

Requirements: • Diploma in Education or relevant field • Minimum three years of related experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
