We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional programs that expand Amazon's reach to underserved customer segments. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of programs spanning payments, grocery, benefits acceptance, and customer acquisition - coordinating across engineering, product, design, legal, compliance, and external partners (e.g., USDA FNS, state agencies, payment networks). You will operate at the intersection of technology and social impact, ensuring that millions of lower-income customers can access Amazon's products and services with the same ease and quality as any other customer.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
