We are seeking an exceptional Figma power user and mobile UI specialist to accelerate the build-out of a suite of mobile applications.

In this role, you will translate brand guidelines into complex, production-ready user flows while actively evolving the core design system. You will leverage up-to-date Figma capabilities—including variables, advanced components, and emerging AI-assisted design workflows—to build screens with unprecedented speed, consistency, and precision.

This role spans the full spectrum of UI execution. You will handle rapid, detailed screen variations and wireframes just as comfortably as high-level product logic, design system architecture, and real-world mobile usability.

You will play a foundational role in a large-scale public health initiative alongside a mission-driven team dedicated to integrity and craft excellence.
