Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately
- Serve food promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service area
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and food safety procedures to assist guests effectively
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards by practicing proper food handling and sanitation protocols




- Manage time effectively during busy hours to deliver prompt service without compromising quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments preferred; experience as a bartender or server is highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the venue, and lift moderate loads as needed
- Food industry knowledge including bartending, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices is a plus

Pay: $16.60-$28.89 per hour
