Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers & Bartenders to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience.

Your ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a clean and organized bar area will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.




- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Experience

- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering or cash management in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help others enjoy their dining experience.
