Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic drinks, following all food safety and responsible serving guidelines.
- Serve food items efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food handling standards.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering, giving correct change, and processing payments securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Engage with guests proactively to provide excellent customer service,



answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; familiarity with serving in a hospitality setting is a plus.
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
