Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow




- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation regulations

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology for order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate guest-focused service excellence
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
- Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is advantageous but not required
