Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, taking orders for food and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately, following recipes and safety guidelines
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and receipts efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while providing attentive customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and giving correct change




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any guest concerns promptly

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience, particularly in food service or bartending roles, is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and billing accuracy
- Experience with food industry standards including serving, bartending, and cashiering is a plus
