Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements to foster a friendly atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety
- Explicit tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld at all times
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and providing support during busy periods to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and tips
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas,



restrooms, and service stations in accordance with sanitation protocols

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred ; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards within the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Ability to perform basic math for cashiering, bill splitting, and tip calculations accurately
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory
