Oshi Nori is looking for a polished, energetic, and hospitality-driven Front of House Server to join our team.

We are a high-end Japanese restaurant focused on exceptional food, refined service, and an elevated guest experience. We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Experience in upscale, Japanese, sushi, or high-volume restaurants is a strong asset
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service
- Comfortable explaining menu items and making recommendations
- Interest in sushi, Japanese cuisine, sake, wine, and cocktails
- Ability to work well with both front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Reliable, punctual, and positive
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Serving It Right certification, or willingness to obtain it

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide professional, attentive service
- Guide guests through the Oshi Nori menu and dining experience
- Explain sushi, sashimi, specialty dishes, beverages, and daily features
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Maintain table presentation and dining room standards
- Anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience




- Check in with guests and ensure overall satisfaction
- Process payments accurately
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Communicate closely with chefs, hosts, bartenders, and management
- Support the team during busy periods
- Help create a memorable experience that encourages guests to return
