Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service for all guests




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach to guest interactions
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing simple calculations
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest engagement
