Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service for all guests

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to deliver guest services seamlessly
