We are seeking dedicated Server/ Barista to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Have complete knowledge of all products and the ability to communicate the following information to customers effectively
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
-Prepare beverages and other menu items in a timely matter
- Complete opening and closing duties according to scheduled shifts
Experience
Required Skills:
- Food handling knowledge
- Time management skills
- Strong guest service orientation
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Familiarity with cashiering duties
- Works well with fellow team members in a fast pace environment
