Overview

Nourish is looking for a full time server (25-35hrs/week) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some serving experience. We are a fast paced restaurant and are looking for someone who is dynamic and positive.

We try to create a fun and hard working culture and our employees are at the core of our business. Starting wage is $18.5/hr (+tips), we offer a free meal every shift, full benefit package after 6 months of employment. The ideal candidate will have flexibility with their availability and will be able to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling items to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale)
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to sanitation standards and food handling protocols

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that require guest interaction and upselling techniques is advantageous
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday

Pay: From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
