Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling, and food preparation zones
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food presentation and timely service
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests,



and resolving any concerns promptly
- Assist with food safety protocols and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations at all times

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience with POS systems such as Square POS is highly desirable
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment through excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide guest-focused service in a hospitality setting
