Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS system, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items by recommending specials or popular dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations with precision and professionalism




- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Support food preparation, bussing tables, and assisting in kitchen or host/hostess duties as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, 2 years of relative experience required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
