Position Summary:
We’re looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our team! As a Server at White Spot, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests—whether they’re locals, travellers, or hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly and professionally
- Handle payments and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Provide exceptional service that reflects White Spot’s hospitality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience is an asset, but not required – training provided!
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (as per BC regulations)
