Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, friendly communication, and expert food and beverage knowledge. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring prompt and correct entry.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions, upsell specials or beverages to enhance the guest experience, and answer any questions about ingredients or dietary needs.
- Monitor tables regularly to ensure guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties such as processing payments and giving change.




- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, assist with food preparation when necessary, and adhere to all food safety regulations in the food industry.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly.
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with food industry operations such as serving, cashiering, or food preparation is advantageous.
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with restaurant workflows can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
