This temporary position involves designing and delivering innovative K–12 educational experiences that connect gardening, agriculture, and sustainability. You will take charge of program logistics, staff management, and program evaluation to ensure success. Your role requires excellent communication skills to work effectively with participants and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver K–12 garden education programs
• Evaluate and track program success and budgets
• Collaborate to align programs with RBG's mission
• Recruit and train staff while providing ongoing support
• Oversee scheduling and resource allocation
Requirements:
• Background in garden-based education or interpretive programming
• Experience with program evaluation and budgeting
• Solid critical thinking and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Proficient in communication and scheduling software
