Murray Chevrolet Buick GMC in Merritt is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. Work amongst the leaders in the industry and become an important member of the Murray Automotive Group, one of the largest automotive groups in the country. Hourly wage plus bonuses.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our service department, helping ensure every visit is smooth, professional, and effective. You’ll greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, prepare repair orders, communicate recommendations and updates, and work closely with our technicians and management to deliver an excellent customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
We welcome candidates with customer service experience to apply as training can be provided.
Current or previous experience as service advisor a very strong asset and pay can be adjusted accordingly.
We are looking for someone that is customer focused and has strong communication and organization skills to join our team.
