Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, ensuring customers are well-informed about their vehicle’s condition
- Write detailed service orders, accurately documenting customer requests and vehicle issues
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical assessments to enhance vehicle performance and safety
- Handle cash transactions, process payments efficiently, and maintain accurate financial records




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Experience

- Previous dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service is highly preferred
- Mechanical experience or strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle repairs and diagnostics
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Experience in upselling services or products to maximize sales opportunities
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts, and service procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry
