Service Advisor

Muskoka Chrysler | Bracebridge, Ontario

Muskoka Chrysler is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our Service Technicians. You’ll help customers understand their vehicle’s service needs, coordinate repairs, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from check-in to pick-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional service experience
- Listen carefully to customers’ concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Recommend required maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and technician recommendations
- Prepare and explain service estimates, repair orders, and invoices
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with Service Technicians and the Parts Department to keep repairs moving efficiently




- Keep customers informed about vehicle status, additional repairs, and completion times
- Follow up with customers regarding completed services and future maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Help achieve department goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity

What We’re Looking For

- Previous automotive service or customer-service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Skilled, friendly, and customer-first attitude
- Comfortable using computers and dealership/service software
- Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
