We’re looking for a Service Coordinator with a strong sales mindset someone who can build trust, identify opportunities, and confidently guide customers toward the services they truly need.

What You’ll Do

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence and professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify service opportunities .
- Educate customers on the importance of maintaining their systems and guide them toward booking service appointments .




- Overcome objections and clearly communicate value.
- Schedule services and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Update internal systems (Infor) and maintain accurate records.
- Consistently work toward performance and booking targets .

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence and persuade .
- Goal-oriented mindset you enjoy hitting targets and improving your numbers.
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable handling objections.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Comfortable using computers and learning internal systems.
- Knowledge of Ontario geography/postal codes is a plus.
- Full-time availability (40 hrs/week).
