VI Powersports in Parksville, BC is looking for a Service Manager who is passionate about the powersports industry, exceptional customer service, and team leadership.

This is a hands-on leadership position. While you'll be responsible for the overall success of the Service Department, a significant portion of your day will be spent working directly with customers as a Service Advisor. If you enjoy customer interaction, solving problems, managing workflow, and helping a team succeed, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

As our Service Manager, you'll oversee a team consisting of:

- 1 Service Advisor
- 5 Technicians
- 1 Lot Technicians

This position combines leadership, operational oversight, and front-line customer service. You will help manage the department's performance while also serving customers, writing service work orders, managing estimates, and ensuring repairs move efficiently through the shop.

Service Advisor Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist with service needs
- Create repair orders and service estimates
- Schedule service appointments
- Communicate repair recommendations and progress updates
- Follow up with customers and ensure an exceptional service experience
- Help create customer experiences that earn referrals and repeat business

Service Department Leadership

- Support hiring, training, and coaching of Service Department team members
- Monitor workflow and shop efficiency
- Help achieve department sales, productivity, and profitability goals
- Assist with technician scheduling and workload management




- Oversee warranty claims, recall campaigns, and related administration
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively
