Observing technician service delivery and conducting inspections to ensure compli anc e of Qality
Se r vice Sandards
Attend to and address customer complaints in a timely and pr ofessionl manner
Maintain a safe work setting for all personnel and ensure compliance with all p o licies,
aw s, and rgulations.
Ensure all branch personnel understand both company and branch objective s
. Maintainrespectful communication between inte rna l and externl customers
Contribute to meeting company objectives; support and strive to m eet assignedbranch budget
Support and promote sal es activity amongt team members
Support and assist the Branch / Regional Manager i n managing theassigned branch
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizat ion
's policies and pplicable laws,
which include interviewing, hiring and training; planning, assign i ng and directingwork; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; address ing complaints, res oling problems, an m ot ivating staff
Essntial Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or two years of rela ted experience and/or trining; or equivalen t combination of eduation and experience.
Experience: Prior service and sales experienc e.
Experience in managing team of 10+ employees.
M inimum 3 years of experence with Orkin Canada.
Skills: Ability to utilize computers and s mar t device applications. Stong understanding of the
Occupational Health and Safety Act (and regula t ions). Superior communicaion (verbal and written),
p resentation, interpersonal,and time management skills.
Adaptability: P r ior experience in fast pace time sensitive environments
